Method of preparing the crumbs

We begin to prepare Easter paska, just like the original recipe - with steam. Everything is simple here - mix the ingredients. If the same mass did not come out through the COM, do not worry - everything is mixed better in the blender. The masa looks approximately the same as in the photo.


The dough will dry out after 15 minutes. At this point, grate the zest of the orange.

I put it in special paper molds - there is no need to grease anything (there is less calorie content), garni when serving, there are two problems at once: removing the prepared eggs and washing the dishes!

  • Candied fruits, dried fruits.

This recipe uses homemade cheese and kefir. Have you tried this one? I was already honored, though I was afraid of him for another kind of mischief. For this you need to take the kefir from the freezer directly in the package. Handily, as long as there are little bags.
