    3.2 Testing the effectiveness of a comprehensive rehabilitation program for obesity

    The expanded program of the “School for Obese Patients” was developed over the course of two months. At the beginning of the pedagogical experiment, anthropometric indicators were assessed - height, body weight, waist circumference.

    Doctors who are obese and sick, in which the cardiorespiratory system suffers, have experienced arterial pressure and vital capacity of the leg.     In the CG, at the beginning of the pedagogical experiment, 4 out of 10 patients had a high level of anxiety, and 6 had an even high level of anxiety.     After carrying out the rehabilitation visits, we carried out repeated testing of these same indicators (Tables 3.7 – 3.10). In both groups, practically all indicators that are monitored show positive dynamics of results (Figure 3.1).

    Assessing the dynamics of the results during the pedagogical experiment, it can be said that EG showed an increase in all the following indicators - such as increased body mass and cardiorespiratory fitness ї system and psycho-emotional state.     Thus, as a result of the analysis of the conducted pedagogical experiment, it was obvious that the superiority of the initial programs we had developed in the view of the “School for Obese Patients” was obvious in terms of body weight indicators, the development of the cardiorespiratory system, and changes in three the importance of significantly increasing motivation to get excited. You can learn about the most effective way to combat obesity from the patient’s needs, the necessary knowledge, as well as comprehensive treatment, which includes nutritional therapy and optimal physical exercise. no vantagement.

    The results of the investigation allow us to draw the following conclusions:

    .Based on the analysis of scientific and methodological literature, it was revealed that the most effective methods of physical rehabilitation are those that are used in a comprehensive program for the treatment of obesity and physical exercises , massage, physiotherapy, dietotherapy, swimming, dosed walking, running, climbing, exercise on exercise equipment, sports and sports .

    2.The initial program has been expanded in the form of a “School for Obese Patients” to include theoretical and practical lessons under the supervision of an instructor-methodologist with physical rehabilitation, independent exercise in dosed walking , self-massage and relaxation.

    .The results of the experimental research confirmed the advantages of the developed program. The level of activity in the indicators of body weight, BMI, arterial pressure, vital capacity, anxiety and motivation is reliable at p≤0.05. On this basis, you can develop a concept that has a divided program in the form of “Schools for the Obese Patient” that is effective for the treatment of stage 1-2 obesity and overweight body weight.
